If You Wish to Request Reshipping
For the reshipping process, you will only need to cover the additional shipping fee.
Please proceed with the purchase via our dedicated redelivery page. Since you have already paid for the product previously, the page should automatically calculate and request payment for the shipping fee only.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange for the shipment.
Please note that due to our holiday closure from December 27 to January 5, shipments will resume on or after January 6.
